Lafayette is set to host a plaque dedication to honor more than 200 unrecorded, marked graves, Friday afternoon. Previously, a ground penetration radar discovered the century-old cemetery was at capacity, discovering undocumented remains. Friday’s plaque ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m. at the northeast corner of the cemetery. Lafayette’s Mayor is expected to attend.
